THE WORKOUT: 7 Best Sciatica Streches for Quick Sciatica Pain Relief (Pregnancy-Safe)
► EQUIPMENT: None, just your bodyweight! You can add a foam roller for move 6 and a tennis ball for move 7 if you have one available, otherwise just skip it. We’ll also use a bench/chair/sofa to deepen some of the stretches. Use what you have available.
