THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Strength, Cardio + Mobility Workout
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. We’re using 10-20 lb dumbbells.
► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
4 Circuits (2 exercises per circuit — Strength and Cardio)
Timed Intervals (30 seconds work for each strength and cardio exercise, followed by 15 seconds of rest)
Repeat Each Circuit x3 Sets
Then Perform One Mobility Exercise for 50 Seconds Between Circuits
► Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1. Strength: Uneven Squat + Single Arm Press
2. Cardio: 3 Squat Jacks + 1 Snatch

Mobility: Shinbox Get Up + Alternating Shoulder CARS
2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
1. Strength: Reverse Lunge + Single Arm Curl
2. Cardio: Lateral Runner Lunge

Mobility: Alternating Lunge T-Spine Openers To Ankle Mobility
3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
1. Strength: Glute Bridge Hold + Chest Press
2. Cardio: Dumbbell Burpee Sprawls

Mobility: Down Dog + Bear + Push Up + Optional KickSit
4⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR:
1. Strength: Staggered Deadlift + 2 Rows + Clean Squat
2. Cardio: Lateral Shuffles

Mobility: 4 Bicycle Crunches + 4 Figure 4 Glute Bridges
