6 Full Body or Single Dumbbell Exercises
Timed Intervals (45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest)
Repeat All 6 Exercises x 2 Sets

1⃣ Goblet Squat + Pivot Squat
2⃣ Push Up + Down Dog Dumbbell Transfer
3⃣ Single Arm Snatch + Rack + 2 Split Lunge
4⃣ 2 Single Arm Row + Clean + 2 Shoulder Press
5⃣ 2 Pulsing Glute Squats + 2 Bicep Curls
6⃣ Dumbbell Sit Up + Side-To-Side Chop
