THE WORKOUT: Cardio Barre Workout

► EQUIPMENT:
Beginner: Use just your bodyweight.
Advanced: Add a set of light dumbbells, wrist weights or hand weights. I recommend 3-8 lbs.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow along with the barre workout above. Repeat x 4 sets (2 sets per side) for a 12-minute workout; or x 6 sets (3 sets per side) for an 18-minute workout. Or find the full-length video here: https://youtu.be/9hVSlfP7giI

►6 Barre Exercises At Home To Tone + Strengthen
1⃣ Narrow Squat + Bicep Curl + Front Leg Lift
2⃣ Balance Wide Back Row + Rear Leg Lift
3⃣ Lunge + Front Raise + Front Kick
4⃣ First Position Squat + Single Arm Overhead Tricep
5⃣ Weighted Plié + Toe Stand Jumps
6⃣ Push Up + Balance Side Plank
