► INSTRUCTIONS: Follow along with this full body postpartum strength workout focused on unilateral training (single sided exercises) to rebuild total body and core strength!
6 Full Body Exercises
30 Seconds Per Exercise, 15 Seconds Rest
Repeat Each Exercise X 2 Sets (back to back, superset style + switching sides as needed)

►WORKOUT OUTLINE:
1⃣ Uneven Squat + Opposite Knee Drive (R/L)
2⃣ Staggered Deadlift + 2 Reverse Grip Back Rows (R/L)
3⃣ Split Lunge Dumbbell Set Down + Knee Drive (R/L)
4⃣ Lateral Lunge + Single Arm Curl to Overhead Press + Overhead March (R/L)
5⃣ 2 Chest Press + 2 Heel Slides
6⃣ 2 Tricep Skull Crushers + 2 Heel Taps
