9 Intense Ab Exercises You Can Do At Home
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest
Perform x 1 Set (No Repeats)

1⃣ V-Sit Single, Single, Double Toe Touch
2⃣ Push Up + Arm Extension
3⃣ V-Sit Hold + Dumbbell Shoulder Press
4⃣ Forearm Plank Reaches + Plank Up
