► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 10-20 lb dumbbells.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
5 Moves
Perform each exercise for 45 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest.
Perform all 5 ab exercises on the right side for the first set. Then repeat all 5 ab exercises on the left side for the second set.

2⃣ Push Up to Weighted Side Plank
3⃣ Woodchop
4⃣ Windmill
5⃣ Opposite Hand to Toe Crunch
