This no repeats workout is a great addition to your workout routine if you're short on your step count for the day! I personally aim for 8-10K steps a day, and got over 1500 steps in with this 15-minute workout.

18 Bodyweight Cardio Moves
Timed Intervals (perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest)
No Repeats (only do each exercise once)

1) Knee Hugs
2) Jump Rope
3) Side to Side Step Touch
4) High Knee Jacks
5) Front/Back Runs
6) Lateral Double Runs
7) Front Punch + Tap Back
8) Standing Knee to Elbow Crunch
9) Side to Side Toe Taps + Punches
10) Lateral Heisman Runner
11) Front Kicks
12) 3 Fast Feet + Tap Down
13) 4 High Knees + Tap Down, R
14) Knee Slam RIGHT
15) 4 High Knees + Tap Down, L
16) Knee Slam LEFT
17) Lateral Shuffle + Press Across
18) Squat Jack + Jumping Jack (MOD: Squat + 2 Tap Jacks)
