THE WORKOUT: 8-Minute Shoulder Mobility

► EQUIPMENT: Optional light dumbbell, broomstick or PVC stick or towel.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
6 Shoulder Mobility Exercises
Perform each exercise for around 60 seconds. Repeat as needed.

NOTE: I'll cue this in the video, but it's so important to ACTIVELY keep your body from tensing up as you hold each stretch. Focus on breathing into each stretching exercise, and think about "releasing" the tension in each muscle group to avoid clenching up.

1⃣ Shoulder Rotation (Controlled Articular Rotations, or CARs)
2⃣ Shoulder Flossing
3⃣ Quadruped/Plank Serratus Push-Up
4⃣ Supine Wall Angels with 90/90 Rotations
5⃣ Prone/Standing Shoulder Swimmers or Hands
6⃣ Dumbbell External Rotations
