THE WORKOUT: 10-Minute Beginner Dumbbell Workout (All Standing)
►EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-heavy set of dumbbells (8-25 lbs). We're using 15 and 20 lb dumbbells.

It looks like this:
10 Dumbbell Exercises
Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest)
Complete All 10 Exercises x 1 Set (No Repeats)
