THE WORKOUT: 25-Minute Prenatal Arm Workout: Chest, Shoulders + Triceps

► EQUIPMENT: Single medium-to-heavy dumbbell and an optional bench or stability ball to add an incline. I'm using 10, 15 and 20 lb dumbbells.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow along with the workout above. I'll coach you through all 9 arm exercises, providing form cues, motivation and modifications along the way.

IT LOOKS LIKE THIS:
4 Circuits
2 Upper Body Push Exercises Per Circuit
40 Seconds of Work, 20 Seconds of Rest
Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: CHEST
1) Hip Thrust + Dumbbell Chest Press
2) Single Arm Chest Press, R/L
Repeat x2

2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: CARDIO + CORE
1) Inline Push Up + Knee Drive, R/L
2) Incline Plank Shoulder Taps
Repeat x2

3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: SHOULDERS
1) Dumbbell Front Raise + Overhead Press
2) Single Arm Arnold Press, R/L
3) Dumbbell Overhead March, R/L
Repeat x2

4⃣. CIRCUIT FOUR: TRICEPS
1) Seated Overhead Tricep Extensions
2) Kneeling Plyo Tricep Push Ups
