THE WORKOUT: 25-Minute Prenatal BACK + BICEP Workout
► EQUIPMENT: Medium to heavy set of dumbbells and an optional bench/chair/couch to add an incline. I'm using 15 and 20 lb dumbbells here!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
2 Circuits
~4 Upper Body Pull Exercises Per Circuit (with some bonus moves thrown in)
40 Seconds of Work, 20 Seconds of Rest
Repeat Circuit One x 2 Sets
►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE (Repeat x2)
1) Single Arm Tripod Back Row, R/L
2) Single Arm Bicep Curl + Opposite Leg March, R/L
3) One Incline Burpee + One Back Row
4) Bent Over Back Row
5) Wide Squat + Bicep Curl
2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO
1) Squat Hold + Bicep Curl
2) Kneeling ½ Curls (Bottom 1/2)
3) Quadruped Single Arm Back Fly, R
4) Tempo Bird Dogs, R
5) Kneeling ½ Curls (Top 1/2)
6) Quadruped Single Arm Back Fly, L
7) Tempo Bird Dogs, L
8) Kneeling BicepCurls
9) Alternating Bird Dog Rows
