► INSTRUCTIONS:
7 Dumbbell Leg Exercises
Timed Intervals (30 seconds per exercise, followed by 15 seconds of rest)
Strict Sets (repeat each leg exercise x 2 sets, back-to-back)
30 Second Burnout Exercise Between Moves

2⃣ Split Lunge
Burnout: Lunge Jumps
