THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Strength, Cardio + Mobility Workout

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. We’re using 10-20 lb dumbbells.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Circuits (3 exercises per circuit)
Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest)
Repeat Each Circuit x 3 Sets
Flow Through 1 Minute Of Mobility Work Between Sets

► Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE:
1. CORE: Diagonal Chop + Tap Back
2. CARDIO: Narrow to Wide Squat Jacks
3. CORE: Plank Dumbbell Drag + Opposite Knee Drive

1 MIN MOBILITY: Alternating Worlds Greatest Stretch + Hip Drop

CIRCUIT TWO:
1. CARDIO: 4 High Knees + Lateral Lunge
2. CORE: 1/2 Kneeling Hinge Swing + Get Up Knee Drive + Press
3. CARDIO: 4 Press Jacks + 4 Plank Jacks

1 MIN MOBILITY: Weighted Jefferson Curl + Low Squat Sit + T-Spine Opens

CIRCUIT THREE:
1. CORE: 1/2 Kneeling Windmill + Shoulder Press
2. CARDIO: 4 Mountain Climbers + 1 Push Up
3. CORE: Weighted Crunch
