8 Single Dumbbell Exercises
Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest)
Repeat All 8 Exercises x 2 Sets

1⃣ Kang Squat
2⃣ Single Arm Snatch + Stack On Shoulder Press
3⃣ Uneven Front Squat + 3 Pulse Reverse Lunge
4⃣ Lateral Lunge + 3 Single Arm Rows
5⃣ Squat + Curl + Press + Overhead Triceps
6⃣ Plank 1 Dumbbell Drag + Opposite Knee Crunch
7⃣ 1 Dumbbell Pullover + 3 Single Arm Chest Press
8⃣ 3 Seated Twist + 1 DB + Leg Extension
