THE WORKOUT: 35-Minute Bodyweight Prenatal Workout (Full Body Strength + Low Impact Cardio)

► EQUIPMENT: None! Just your bodyweight but you'll want to add a chair or bench for an incline to planks and push ups as your pregnancy progresses.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
6 Circuits (2 bodyweight exercises per circuit with a 30 second break between circuits)
Timed Intervals (30 seconds per cardio exercise, followed by 15 seconds of rest)
Repeat Each Circuit x3 Sets

►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE
1) 2-Pulse Squat + Calf Raise
2) Swing Squat
Repeat X3

2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO
1) Incline Push Up + Shoulder Tap
2) Box Step Up + Knee Drive
Repeat X3

3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE
1) Staggered Single Leg Squat
2) Tricep Dips
Repeat X3

4⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR
1) Sumo Squat + Lat Pull Down
2) Lateral Squat Step + 2 Jabs
Repeat X3

5⃣ CIRCUIT FIVE
1) Runner Squat
2) 45-Degree Jacks
Repeat X3

6⃣ CIRCUIT SIX
1) Bird Dog Back Rows
2) 3 Side Plank Crunches + 3 Second Side Plank Hold
Repeat X3
