If lunges don't feel good for your knees, THIS is about to be your new favorite leg day workout! It's a lower body burnout, hitting every major muscle in the legs without ANY LUNGES.
This also makes a great pregnancy leg workout if you struggling with SPD/pelvic girdle pain and are trying to avoid lunges or single leg exercises. Note, I filmed this workout in my second trimester of pregnancy.

THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Lower Body Workout (No Lunges)
► EQUIPMENT: Medium to Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 15-20 lbs. Option to add a bench or chair as well as a mini loop resistance band.

10 Leg Exercises (6 with bands and dumbbells, 4 without bands)
REP DROP OR TIMED INTERVALS: 16 Reps for Set One and 14 Reps for Set Two OR 40 Seconds of Work for Some Moves
