THE WORKOUT: 10-Minute Prenatal Leg Workout (NO Lunges - SPD and Sciatica Friendly!)
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-heavy set of dumbbells (option to use one heavy dumbbell or two lighter dumbbells) and an optional mini loop resistance band. We are using 15-20 lb dumbbells in this workout video.
