THE WORKOUT: 25-Minute Dumbbell Workout for Beginners (Full Body Strength)
►EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-heavy set of dumbbells (8-25 lbs). We're using 10, 15 and 20 lb dumbbells. Option to add a chair or bench (to add an incline to push ups as needed).

►INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
4 Circuits (1-2 exercises per circuit)
Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds of rest)
Repeat x 2 Sets
Then perform a 1 minute ‘power burnout exercise’ between sets
►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: SQUATS + SHOULDERS + TRICEPS
1. Goblet Squat
2. 2 Single DB Shoulder Press + 2 Overhead Tricep Extensions
2 Front Squats + 2 Neutral Press
2⃣ CIRCUIT 2: LUNGES + BICEPS
1. Alternating Step Back Lunges
2. 1.5 Bicep Curls
Lunge Hold + 2 Bicep Curls
3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: DEADLIFTS + BACK
1. Staggered Deadlift + Back Row R/L
Sumo Deadlift + Hip Drop + 2 Dead Start Rows
4⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR: SUMO SQUAT + CHEST
1. 2 Sumo Squats + 2 Push Ups
