THE WORKOUT: 40 MINUTE DUMBBELL STRENGTH + KICKBOXING CIRCUIT WORKOUT

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells and Sweat Towel.

2 Dumbbell Strength Circuits (Legs and Arms)
2 Athletic Kickboxing Circuits

►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: LEGS
Strength (40 Seconds Work, 20 Seconds Rest, Repeat x2)
1) Deadlift Clean Squat
2) Lunge Hold + Calf Raise R/L
3) Lateral Squat
Repeat x2
NO REPEAT CARDIO KICKBOXING CIRCUIT ONE

2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: ARMS
Strength (40 Seconds Work, 10 Seconds Rest, Repeat x2)
1) Alternating Hammer Curl + Front Punch
2) Narrow Row + Straight Arm Kickback
3) Neutral Chest Press
Repeat x2
NO REPEAT CARDIO KICKBOXING CIRCUIT TWO

BONUS: ABS + CORE
1) Side Plank + Front/Side Jabs, R
2) Plank Rear Leg Lifts
3) Side Plank + Front/Side Jabs, L

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels! Follow Rachel on the left for modifications.

► PREGNANCY-FRIENDLY: This is a TOUGH one, but yes, if you're up for a challenge with modifications. Slow down the moves as needed, drop weights, hit pause and add an incline to push ups and planks. And follow Rachel on the left for modifications.
