THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body CIRCUIT Workout (Strength + HIIT)
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 15-20 lb dumbbells.
► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels! I filmed this at 13 weeks postpartum; and low impact cardio options are offered!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Full Body Circuits
2 STRENGTH Moves Per Circuit (40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest X 2 sets)
2 CARDIO + CORE Moves Per Circuit (30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest X 2 sets)
*Follow the workout modifier for alternative options, low impact cardio, and core modifications!
►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: Legs + Shoulders
STRENGTH 40/20
1. 2 Squats + 2 Shoulder Press
2. Staggered Deadlift + Upright Row R/L
X2
CARDIO + CORE 30/10
1. Squat Jack + Press Jack
2. 1/2 Burpee + DB Press Out
Repeat X2
2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: Legs + Back + Biceps
STRENGTH 40/20
1. Staggered Row + Lunge + Hammer Curl - RIGHT
2. Staggered Row + Lunge + Hammer Curl - LEFT

CARDIO + CORE 30/10
1. Lunge Jumps
2. 4 Mountain Climbers + 2 Plank Row R/L
Repeat X2
3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: Legs + Chest + Triceps
STRENGTH 40/20
1. 20 Seconds Lateral Squats R/L + 20 Seconds Overhead Triceps
2. Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold + Single Arm Chest Press R/L

1. 3 Lateral Bounds + 1 Squat Jump
2. Push Up Burpees
