THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body SUPERSET Workout

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 15-20 lb dumbbells.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
6 Superset Circuits
2 Moves Per Circuit (30 sec per move back-to-back, then rest 30 seconds)
Repeat Each Superset x 2

*Follow the workout modifier for alternative options, low impact cardio, and core modifications!

►Workout Outline:

1⃣ SUPERSET ONE: LEGS
1. Staggered Deadlift R/L
2. Staggered Deadlift + Clean Squat R/L
Rest 30 Seconds + Repeat X2

2⃣ SUPERSET TWO: ARMS
1. Bent Over Row
2. Row + Clean + 2 Shoulder Push Press
Rest 30 Seconds + Repeat X2

3⃣ SUPERSET THREE: CORE + CARDIO
1. 4 Mountain Climbers + 4 Second Side Plank R/L
2. Burpee + Thruster
Rest 30 Seconds + Repeat X2

4⃣ SUPERSET FOUR: LEGS
1. Lateral Lunge + Reverse Lunge R/L
2. Split Lunge Thruster R/L
Rest 30 Seconds + Repeat X2

5⃣ SUPERSET FIVE: ARMS
1. Chest Fly
2. 1 Chest Fly + 3 Skull Crushers
Rest 30 Seconds + Repeat X2

6⃣ SUPERSET SIX: CORE + CARDIO
1. 1 Snatch + 4 Overhead Marches R/L
2. WoodChop R/L
Rest 30 Seconds + Repeat X2
