THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout (Strength Training Workout)
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 10-20 lb dumbbells.
► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
9 Full Body Strength Exercises
Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest)
Repeat All 9 Exercises x2 Sets
Burnout Finisher (10 reps per move)
►Workout Outline:
1⃣ Stack on Squat + Shoulder Press
2⃣ 5 Single Arm Back Rows + 1 Snatch, R/L
3⃣ Staggered Deadlift or Single Leg Deadlift, R/L
4⃣ 2 Balance Bicep Curls + 2 Single Leg Calf Raises, R/L
5⃣ Slow 3 Count Split Lunges, R/L
6⃣ Slow 3 Count Push Ups
7⃣ Glute Bridge +Skull Crushers
8⃣ Lateral Squat + 2 Dumbbell Punches
9⃣ Uneven Hold the World for 5 + Reverse Crunch
