THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Circuit Training: Full Body Workout with Dumbbells

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 10-20 lb dumbbells. Option to add a mini loop resistance band as well.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
4 Circuits, 3 Moves Per Circuit (Legs, Arms, Combo)
Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest)
Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets
After Each Circuit We Have A 2 Minute Push Up (Core) + Cardio Challenge

►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT 1⃣ : Squats + Shoulders (BAND)
Squats or Banded Squat
Push Press
Squat + Pivot Press R/L
X 2 Sets

Push Ups + Cardio:
Launcher Push Up
Dumbbell Burpee
X 2 Sets

CIRCUIT 2⃣ : Deadlifts + Biceps
Deadlift
Bicep Curls
Deadlift + Clean
X 2 Sets

Push Ups + Cardio:
Push Up + Dumbbell Drag
Dumbbell Swings
X 2 Sets

CIRCUIT 3⃣ : Lateral Squat + Rows
Lateral Lunge R/L
Single Arm Row R/L
Lateral Squat + Handswitch Row
X 2 Sets

Push Ups + Cardio:
Push Up + Lateral Walk
3 Lateral Jumps + 1 Squat Jump
X 2 Sets

CIRCUIT 4⃣ : Glute Bridge + Triceps
B-Stance Dumbbell Glute Bridge or Banded Glute Bridge, R/L
Skull Crushers (optional glute bridge hold)
X 2 Sets

Push Ups + Cardio:
Your Choice Push Up (pick one of the moves from above)
Your Choice Cardio (pick one of the moves from above)
X 1 Set
