THE WORKOUT: 35-Minute Full Body SHRED (No Burpees!)

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells.
We're using between 10 and 20 lbs.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Circuits + Bonus Burnout Circuit
4 Moves Per Circuit (Arms, Legs, Abs + Core and Cardio)
40 Seconds Per Exercise, 20 Second Rest Between Movements
Repeat Each Circuit x 2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: Biceps + Shoulders + Squats
Arms: Wide Bicep Curl + 45 Degree Shoulder Press
Legs: Uneven Squat + Load Transfer Hold at Bottom
Core: Plank Shoulders, Hips, Toes
Cardio: Lateral Runner

2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: Back + Triceps + Lunges
Arms: Straight Arms Pullbacks
Legs: Lateral Lunge + Stagger Squat R/L
Core: 1 Dumbbell Opposite Hand to Toe Crunch R/L
Cardio: Towel Slams

3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: Chest + Hamstring/Glutes
Arms: Rotational Chest Press
Legs: Single Leg Glute Bridge R/L
Core: Push Up + Oblique Crunch R/L
Cardio: Surfer Quick Hit
