► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells and Optional Mini Loop Resistance Band.

2 Circuits (Strength + Cardio)
7 Moves Per Circuit
Timed Intervals (40/10 for the strength exercises and 30/10 for the cardio exercises)
Repeating Each Exercise x 2 Sets Back-to-Back
►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE - STRENGTH:
1. Deadlift + Clean + Side-to-Side Squat
2. 2 Rows + 2 Balance Bicep Curls
3. Reverse Lunge + Lateral Lunge R/L
4. 2 Push Ups + Banded Hand Taps
5. Banded Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold + Single Arm Chest Press R/L
6. Overhead Triceps + Calf Raises
7. Lateral Squat Thruster
CIRCUIT TWO - CARDIO:
1. Banded Lateral Runs Over Dumbbell
2. 3-Way Squat R/L
3. Banded Lateral Shuffles
4. 2 Plank Jacks + 1 Army Crawl
5. 1 Burpee + 2 Resistance Band Lat Pull Downs
6. 1 Push Up + 2 Mountain Climbers
7. Squat Jacks
