THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Circuits Workout
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Set of Dumbbells. We're using between 10 and 20 lbs.
► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
4 Circuits
3 moves per circuit done in our A/B/A + B/A/B format
Perform each move for 40 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest
Repeat each circuit x 2 sets (reversing the order for the second set B/A/B)
►Workout Outline:
Circuit 1⃣:
A: Squat + Dumbbell Switch at Bottom
B: Snatch + 2 Shoulder Press (Alt/R/L)
A: Squat + Dumbbell Switch at Bottom
X2 Reverse Order B/A/B
Circuit 2⃣:
A: Staggered Deadlift + Clean + Reverse Lunge R
B: Single, Single, Double Rows + Curls
A: Staggered Deadlift + Clean + Reverse Lunge L
X2 Reverse Order B/A/B
Circuit 3⃣:
A: Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold + Skull Crushers R
B: Push Up + 1/2 Burpee + Bus 2 Drivers
A: Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold + Skull Crushers L
X2 Reverse Order B/A/B
Circuit 4⃣:
A: Lateral Lunge + Crunch R
B: Lateral Squat Thruster
A: Lateral Lunge + Crunch L
X2 Reverse Order B/A/B
