► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
2 Circuits
4 Strength Moves Per Circuit (2 Lower Body + 2 Upper Body) and 2 Cardio Moves Per Circuit
Timed Intervals (45/15 for Strength and 20/10 for Cardio)
Repeat Both Strength + Cardio Circuits x 2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE:
1. 2 Pulse Squat + Snatch R/L
2. 2 Pulse Lunge + Clean + Front Squat R/L
3. 3 Count Alternating Back Rows
4. 3 Alternating Hammer Curls + 2 Single Arm Shoulder Press

CARDIO ONE:
1. Loaded Jack + Squat Jump
2. Mountain Climbers

1. Staggered Deadlift + Squat R/L
2. Staggered Squat + Lateral Lunge R/L
