3 Circuits + Bonus Burnout Circuit
4 Moves Per Circuit (Strength, Strength + Core and Cardio)
40 Seconds Per Exercise, 10 Second Rest Between Movements
Repeat Each Circuit x 2 Sets

1. 2-Pulse Side-to-Side Squats
2. 2 Push Ups + 2 Toe Taps
3. Modified Side Plank Clamshell Lifts R/L
