THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Strength + Cardio Kickboxing Workout
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Set of Dumbbells. We're using between 10 and 20 lbs.
► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
4 Circuits (2 Strength Circuits and 2 Kickboxing Circuits)
Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest per strength exercise. So 6 minutes of strength, followed by 6 minutes of cardio kickboxing)
Repeat Each Strength Circuit x2 Sets
►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE: STRENGTH
1. 2 Squats + 2 Bicep Curls
2. Curtsy + Lateral Lunge + Balance Shoulder Press R/L
3. Single Arm Row + Clean + Squat Thruster R/L

CIRCUIT THREE: STRENGTH
1. Lunge + Rotate
2. Push Up + Dumbbell Drag
3. 2 Skull Crushers/2 Overhead Pulls + Leg Lowers
