THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Workout: Build and Burn Format
► EQUIPMENT: Single Dumbbell. We're using between 15 and 20 lbs.
► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
2 Circuits (Strength + Cardio)
6 Moves Per Circuit
Timed Intervals (40/10 for the strength exercises and 30/10 for the cardio exercises)
Repeating Each Exercise x 2 Sets Back-to-Back
► Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE - Single Dumbbell STRENGTH
1. Snatch + 2 Shoulder Press, R/L
2. Squat + Lunge Pulse, R/L
3. Calf Raise + Overhead Triceps
4. Curtsy Lunge + Lateral Lunge, R/L
5. 20 Sec Push Up / 20 Sec Single Arm Plank Row, R/L
6. Glute Bridge March + Dumbbell Pullover
2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO - Bodyweight CARDIO
1. Single Leg Plyo Lunge Jumps, R/L
2. 3 Count Mountain Climbers
3. 1 Burpee + 2 Jabs
4. 3 Lateral Push + Squat Jump
5. Towel Slams
6. My Call Cardio
