THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Strength + Abs

7 Circuits
2 Moves Per Circuit (One Full Body Strength Move and One Abs and Core Exercise)
40 Seconds Per Exercise, 10 Second Rest Between Movements
Repeat Each Strength Exercise x 2 Sets Back To Back, Then Perform The Ab Exercise x 1 Set
►Workout Outline:
Circuit 1⃣ :
Strength: Uneven Squat + Hammer Curl Switch X2
Abs: Alternating Plank + 3 Sec Row Hold X1
Circuit 2⃣ :
Strength: Step Back Rotational Lunge + Single Arm Press R/L X2
Abs: Half Kneeling/Standing Chop RIGHT X1
Circuit 3⃣ :
Strength: Lateral Lunge + Staggered Squat R/L X2
Abs: Half Kneeling/Standing Chop LEFT X1
Circuit 4⃣:
Strength: Balance Single Leg Deadlift + Alternating Arm Rows R/L X2
Abs: Push Up + Dumbbell Drag X1
Circuit 5⃣:
Strength: Glute Bridge Hold + Chest Press X2
Abs: Weighted Sit Up X1
Circuit 6⃣:
Strength: Deadlift + Clean Squat w/ Lateral Step (2 R/L) X2
Abs: Skull Crusher Leg Lowers X1
Circuit 7⃣:
Strength: Single Arm Man Makers R/L X2
