► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells and Optional Mini Loop Resistance Band. We're using between 10 and 20 lbs.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Circuits + Bonus Burnout Circuit
4 Moves Per Circuit (Arms, Legs, Abs + Core and Cardio)
40 Seconds Per Exercise, 20 Second Rest Between Movements
Repeat Each Circuit x 2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
Arms: 2 Hammer Curls + 2 Push Press
Legs: 1 Deadlift + 2 Lateral Step Squats
Core: Plank 2 Toe Taps + Bear 2 Shoulder Taps
Cardio: 1 Burpee + Stack On Plank Jacks

Arms: 2 Back Flys + 2 Straight Arm Pullbacks
Legs: Alternating Reverse Lunge + Front Calf Raise
Core: 2 Skull Crushers + 2 Reverse Knee Tucks
