It looks like this:
2 Circuits
4 Strength Moves Per Circuit and 2 Cardio Moves Per Circuit
Timed Intervals (45/15 for Strength and 20/10 for Cardio)
Repeat Both Strength + Cardio Circuits x 2 Sets

CIRCUIT ONE:
1. Staggered Squat + Lunge + Squat + Stand R/L
2. Staggered Deadlift + Snatch + 2 Shoulder Press R/L
3. 2 Push Ups + 2 Bear Crawl Rows
4. 2 Lateral Squat Walks + Hammer Curl Switch
