THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Circuits (Strength, Power, Isometrics)
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. We’re using 10-20 lb dumbbells. Optional Mini Loop Resistance Band.
► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
4 Circuits (3 exercises per circuit — a Strength, Power and Isometric exercise)
Timed Intervals (40 seconds work for each strength exercise, 30 seconds work for each power exercise, 20 seconds work for each isometric hold. Rest for 10 seconds after every exercise.)
Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets
Bonus Burnout Circuit
► Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1. Strength: Squat + Curl + Press
2. Power: Deadlift + Clean + Squat Thruster
3. Isometric: Banded Squat Hold + Bicep Curls

2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
1. Strength: Lateral Lunge + Single Arm Row, R/L
2. Power: Lateral Lunge + Single Arm Plank Row + Burpee Get Up, R/L
3. Isometric: Plank + Single Arm Row Hold, R/L

3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
1. Strength: Staggered Deadlift + Reverse Lunge, R/L
2. Power: Overhead Reverse Lunge + OH Tricep Press + Knee Drive, R/L
3. Isometric: Single Leg Deadlift Hold + Single Arm Tricep Kickback, R/L

4⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR:
1. Strength: Glute Bridge Hold + Chest Press
2. Power: Single Leg Glute Bridge + Single Arm Press, R/L
3. Isometric: Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold, R/L OR Hollow Rock Hold
