THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Progression (Strength + Power)
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. We're using between 10 and 20 lbs.
► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
5 Progression Based Circuits
3 Moves Per Circuit (Base, Build, Power)
Timed Intervals (Perform Each Exercise for 30 Seconds of Work, Followed By 15 Seconds of Rest)
Repeat Each Circuit x 2 Sets
►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE: Legs
1. Goblet Squat
2. 1 Goblet Squat + 1 Squat Jack
3. Squat Jumps

CIRCUIT TWO: Arms
1. Back Rows
2. Row + Clean + Press
3. Woman Maker

CIRCUIT THREE: Core
1. Single Leg Deadlift + Knee Drive R/L
2. Snatch + Knee Drive R/L
3. Lateral High Knees + Crunch

CIRCUIT FOUR: Legs
1. Split Lunge R/L
2. Curtsy Lunge + Lateral Lunge R/L
3. Lunge Jumps

CIRCUIT FIVE: Arms
1. Overhead Triceps
2. Push Up + Army Crawl
3. Single Arm Press + Reverse Crunch R/L
