THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Circuit Training: Full Body Workout with Dumbbells (TriSets)

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 15-20 lb dumbbells.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Full Body Circuits
3 Moves Per Circuit
Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work; followed by 15 seconds of rest)
TriSets, Repeat Each Circuit x 3 Sets

►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE:
1. Goblet Squat / L-Goblet Squat R/L
2. 15 Seconds Push Ups +15 Seconds Bear Crawl Rows
3. Dumbbell Burpees
X3

CIRCUIT TWO:
1. Deadlift + Clean + 2 Shoulder Press
2. Lateral Lunge + Reverse Lunge Hold + Curl
3. Lunge Jumps
X3

CIRCUIT THREE:
1. Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold + Skull Crushers R/L/Both
2. 1 Dumbbell Overhead Sit Up
3. Lateral Shuffle
X3

BONUS Round:
10 Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Lunges
10 Back Rows
10 Burpees
