THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout (Time Drop)
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. We're using between 10 and 20 lbs.
► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
8 Full Body Exercises
2 Superset Circuits (4 exercises per circuit)
Time Drop Format —
Set One: 40 Seconds Work/20 Seconds Rest
Set Two: 30 Seconds Work/15 Seconds Rest
Set Three: 20 Seconds Work/10 Seconds Rest
Repeat Each Circuit x3 Sets
►Workout Outline:
SUPERSET CIRCUIT ONE:
1. Squat + Snatch + Handswitch Squat Pulse
2. Deadlift + Alternating Bicep Curl + Knee Drive
3. Push Up + Double Alternating Rows
4. Dumbbell Burpee + Alternating Press
X3 (40/30/20)
SUPERSET CIRCUIT TWO:
1. Lunge + Clean + Curtsy Lunge - RIGHT
2. Lunge + Clean + Curtsy Lunge - LEFT
3. Skull Crushers + Glute Bridge Hold
4. 4 V-Sit Dumbbell Punches + 1 Reverse Crunch
