► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells + Sweat Towel
► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Circuits
4 Moves Per Circuit (Arms, Legs, Core and Cardio)
40 Seconds Per Exercise, 20 Second Rest Between Movements
Repeat Each Circuit x 2 Sets
►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
Arms: Hammer Curl + Wide Curl + Lat Raise
Legs: Uneven Squat + Load Transfer Hold at Bottom
Core: Plank Head, Shoulders, Knees, Toes (MOD: Standing Crunches Knees + Toes)
Cardio: 3 Lateral Bounds + 1 Squat Jump (MOD: Squat + Reach)

2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
Arms: 5 Single Arm Back Row + Switch
Legs: Staggered Deadlift Clean + Stack On Reverse Lunges R/L
Core: 2 Knee Drives + Stack on Plank Rows (MOD: Standing March + Bent Over Rows) R/L
Cardio: Lateral Lunge + Burpee R/L (MOD: Lateral Lunge + Reach)

Arms: 1 Chest Fly + Stack on Skull Crushers
Legs: Glute Bridge Hamstring Slide Outs (Single or Double Leg) R/L
