THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Conditioning Workout (MetCon 100 Teaser)

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 15-20 lb dumbbells.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
4 Circuits (2 exercises per circuit, base exercise into a build exercise)
Timed Intervals (30 seconds work, 15 seconds rest. Complete as many reps as you can in the timed interval)
Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets
Perform A Power MetCon Exercise Between Each Circuit

►Workout Outline:

20 Goblet Squats

1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: LEGS
1. Base: Step Back Lunges
2. Build: Lunge + Lunge + Squat Thruster
X2

20 Side-to-Side Squat Thrusters

2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: ARMS
1. Base: Back Rows (single, single, double)
2. Build: Row + Curl + Press
X2

10 Push Ups

3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: LEGS
1. Base: Staggered Deadlift R/L
2. Build: Staggered Deadlift + Snatch + Lateral Lunge R/L
X2

20 Swings

4⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR: ARMS + CORE
1. Base: Single Leg Glute Bridge Skull Crusher R/L
2. Build: V-Sit Crunch + Curl + Press
X2

FINISHER:
20 Bicycle Crunches or Overhead Marches
Max Burpees in 30 Seconds (Goal 10 Burpees) or Max Towel Slams in 30 Seconds
