It looks like this:
4 Circuits
3 Moves Per Circuit (eccentric strength, combo move, power move)
Time Drop Format —
Set One: 40 Seconds Work/20 Seconds Rest
Set Two: 30 Seconds Work/15 Seconds Rest
Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE: Legs
1. 3-2-1 Eccentric Squat
2. 1 Squat + 3 Pulse Alternating Lunge
3. Slight Stagger Squat Switches w/ Dumbbell

CIRCUIT TWO: Arms
1. 3-2-1 Back Rows
2. 1 Row + 3 Push Press
3. Burpee + Alternating Row + Press

CIRCUIT THREE: Legs
1. 3-2-1 Eccentric Deadlift
2. 1 Deadlift + 3 Pulse Alternating Curtsy Lunges
3. Lateral Shuffle + Dumbbell Set Down/Pick Up

1. 3-2-1 Chest Press
2. 1 Narrow Press + 3 Skull Crushers
