THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Strength, Cardio + Mobility Workout

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
4 Circuits
4 Moves Per Circuit (3 Strength + 1 Cardio)
30 Seconds Per Exercise, 15 Second Rest Between Movements
Repeat Each Circuit x 2 Sets
Complete 1 Minutes Mobility Exercise Between Circuits

► Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE LEGS: 
1. Squats
2. Lunges
3. 2 Squats + 2 Lunges 
4. Cardio: Lunge Drop + Squat Jack

1 Minute Mobility: Alternating Reverse Lunge Reach + Half Kneeling Lunge Rock 

CIRCUIT TWO ARMS: 
1. Back Fly 
2. Upright Rows
3. 2 Back Flys + 2 Upright Rows 
4. Cardio: 1 Push Up + 4 Mountain Climbers
X2
1 Minute Mobility: Prone or Standing Shoulder Swimmers + Cobra/Chest Opener 

CIRCUIT THREE TOTAL BODY: 
1. Lateral Lunge R/L
2. Curl + Press 
3. 1 Dumbbell Lateral Lunge + Curl +Press R/L
4. Heisman Runs (option to hold dumbbell on R/L)

1 Minute Mobility: Kneeling Big Toe Stretch + Half Kneel Adductor Kick Out + Thread R/L

CIRCUIT FOUR CORE: 
1. 2 Bicycle Crunches + Reach For Heels
2. 1 Push Up + Side Plank T R/L
3. Burpees / Towel Slams 
X2
1 Minute Mobility: Alternating 90/90 Kick Throughs
