THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Circuit Workout: Full Body Workout with Dumbbells

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 10-20 lb dumbbells.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS
It looks like this:
3 Circuits
4 Moves Per Circuit - Arms, Legs, Abs + Core and Cardio
40 Seconds Per Exercise, 20 Second Rest Between Movements
Repeat Each Circuit x 2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
Arms: Stack on Hammer Curl + 1 Front Shoulder Raise
Legs: 2 Pulse Stagger Squat + Switch
Core: Push Up + DownDog Dumbbell Transfer
Cardio: Dumbbell Burpee + Push Press
X2

2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
Arms: Overhead Triceps
Legs: Staggered Deadlift + Reverse Lunge R/L
Core: Glute Bridge March + Overhead Pull
Cardio: Lunge Drop + Squat Jack
X2

3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
Arms: Single, Single, Double Rows
Legs: Curtsy + Lateral Lunge R/L
Core: 2 Hollow Rock Knee Pulls + Hollow Rock Hold
Cardio: Lateral Shuffle
