THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout (Time Drop)
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells.
► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
8 Full Body Exercises
2 Superset Circuits (4 exercises per circuit)
Time Drop Format (set one is 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest; set two is 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest; set three is 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
Repeat Each Superset x3 Sets
►Workout Outline:
SUPERSET ONE:
1⃣ Squat to Alternating Clean + Alternating Thruster
2⃣ 2 Bicep Curls + 2 Curtsy Lunges
3⃣ 8 Push Up + Squat Hold for Time
4⃣ Lateral Squat Bound + Dumbbell Pick Up
X3
SUPERSET TWO:
1⃣ Reverse Lunge + Overhead Tricep Extension
2⃣ Lateral Squats
3⃣ 8 Plank and Row + 1/2 Burpee Pop Ups for Time
4⃣ 2 Hollow Rock Knee Pulls + 2 Seated Twist

10 Squats Thrusters
10 Back Rows
10 Lunges
10 Push Ups
10 Dumbbell Burpee
30 Second Hollow Rock Hold
