2 Big Circuits
4 Strength Moves Per Circuit and 2 Cardio Moves Per Circuit
Timed Intervals (40/20 for Strength and 20/10 for Cardio)
Repeat The Strength Circuit x2 Sets, Then The Cardio Circuit x 2 Sets

STRENGTH CIRCUIT ONE:
1⃣ Banded Lateral Squats
2⃣ 2 Push Press + 2 Side Leg Lifts
3⃣ 2 Deadlifts + 2 Push Ups
4⃣ L-Stance Stagger Squat Hold + Single Arm Row R/L
