THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body SHRED
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. We're using between 10 and 20 lbs. And optional mini loop resistance band.
► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Circuits
4 Moves Per Circuit - Arms, Legs, Core and Cardio
40 Seconds Per Exercise, 20 Second Rest Between Movements
Repeat Each Circuit x 2 Sets
►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: Dumbbells + Mini Band Thighs
1. Arms: 2 Push Ups + 2 Bear Crawl Rows R/L
2. Legs: Deadlift + Clean + Side Step Squat Thruster
3. Core: Chop + Tap
4. Cardio: Banded Lateral Shuffle
X2 Sets
2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: Dumbbells
1. Arms: 15 Bicep Curls
2. Legs: Double Step Back Lunges
3. Core: Plank Double Dumbbell Pass
4. Cardio: Dumbbell Burpee + Clean + Press
X 2 Sets
3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: One Dumbbell
1. Arms: 1 Press + Stack On Overhead Triceps
2. Legs: 1 Dumbbell Fluid Lateral Squat + Clean Into Lateral Squat R/L
3. Core: Squat + Standing Crunch
4. Cardio: My Call
