From strength and endurance to flexibility and mobility - this test has specific metrics you can track your fitness gains over time.
1⃣ Take this BEFORE beginning our new program (which starts 7/8/24).
2⃣ Take the test again AFTER you complete the program and compare your personal stats. We suggest completing the New Year Program x 2-3 (making it a 4-to-6 week program) before re-testing the fitness assessment.
