► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Circuits
4 Moves Per Circuit (Arms, Legs, Abs + Core and Cardio)
Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest)
Repeat Each Circuit x 2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE:
Arms: Alternating Curl + Press
Legs: 80/20 Squat + Curtsy Lunge R/L
Core: Forearm Plank 2 Knee Drives + 2 Arm Extensions
Cardio: Weighted Surfer Quick Hits
X2

CIRCUIT TWO:
Arms: Eccentric Overhead Triceps
Legs: Lateral Lunge + Staggered Suitcase Swing R/L
Core: Alternating Squat + Chop + Double Knee Crunch
Cardio: V-Shuffles
X2

CIRCUIT THREE:
Arms: Push Up + Alternating Double Rows
Legs: Glute Biased Squats
Cardio: Dumbbell Burpee + Clean
Core: Overhead Pull + Crunch
X2

Bonus Round: 30 Goblet Squats or Squat Jacks
