It looks like this:
4 Circuits
4 Moves Per Circuit (2 lower body exercises, 2 upper body exercises; alternating strength + power)
Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest)
Complete Circuit 1-2, Then Repeat Circuits 1-2. Then Complete Circuit 3-4, Then Repeat Circuits 3-4.

►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE: LEGS + BACK
1. Squats
2. Deadlift + Clean Squat
3. Reverse Grip Back Row
4. Towel Slams

CIRCUIT TWO: LEGS + CHEST
1. Reverse Lunges
2. Lunge Drops
3. Standing Chest Flys
4. Push Up Burpee
REPEAT CIRCUITS 1+2

CIRCUIT THREE: LEGS + BICEPS + SHOULDERS
1. Lateral Squats
2. Goblet Squat Jacks
3. Bicep Curls
4. Push Press

CIRCUIT FOUR: LEGS + TRICEPS
1. Dumbbell Glute Bridges
2. Skull Crushers
3. Alternating Narrow Press + Sit Up
REPEAT CIRCUITS 3+4
