► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Circuits
4 Exercises Per Circuit (2 lower body, 2 upper body; strength into power)
Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest)
Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets
Ab Burnout To Finish

1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1. 3 Side-to-Side Squats + 3 Second Squat Hold
2. 3 Second Squat Hold + 3 Squat Jumps
3. 3 Side-to-Side Push Ups + 3 Second Push Up Hold
4. 3 Plank Jacks + 3 Second Side Plank Hold

1. Single Leg Deadlift + Reverse Lunge R/L
2. Plyo Lunge R/L
